Event Info

This unique event aims to showcase the talent of secondary school students in a tag team format, similar to the hugely popular Hyundai Australian Boardriders Battle, as well as individual divisions.

The Australian Interschools Surfing Championships is open to all secondary schools, including government, catholic and independent schools across Australia, to compete and field teams in each division.  Schools can enter multiple teams and individuals across Boys and Girls from Year 7-12, but it also caters for schools to enter just one team or one individual.

  • Every entrant will receive a merchandise pack including event T-shirt
  • Please ensure you enter through the event page across Tag Team & Individual Divisions.
  • All will be placed on a wait list and confirmed based on demand of each division
  • In case of over-demand, Surfing Australia reserves the right to distribute event entries in a fair and equitable process.
  • Following the wait list period, Tag Team & Individual entries will be confirmed by Monday 4th March 4pm QLD TIME
  • Successful entrants will be notified with a link to pay and enter the event by Monday 4th March 4pm QLD TIME
